Training is #teaching or #developing any skills or #knowledge in oneself related to a specific competency. It is also done to enhance a person #skillsets and provide them with a deep insight into a specific topic. Training helps a person to develop and rise in the organization and increase their skill set and market value. Usually the top managers are #responsible for #training of the employees.
There are 4 type of training in human resources which are as follows:
#INDUCTION TRAINING
Induction training is given to employees when they join the organization. During their initial months of joining the #managers are responsible to provide full information of the workings of the organization and make them understand their domain of work and their #responsibilities towards the organization. The need to be introduced to each and every corner of the organization. This will help them to adjust easily in a new environment.
#JOB TRAINING
This type of training is usually given by the senior management employees, or supervisors. This training is given to a person so that they get familiarized with the #working environment that they will be a part of. Employees get to understand the workings of the organizations, equipment, tools, materials etc.
TRAINING FOR #PROMOTION
This is done to prepare the candidate for more responsibilities and duties. Employees can also be sent to attend workshops or to institutions for the same. In short, this is done to prepare them for higher level jobs.
#REFRESHER TRAINING
Refresher training is given to employees for a short duration to cope up with the present job requirements. Employees may be encouraged to attend short courses seminars etc., to update their knowledge in regular intervals. This will not only help them stay up to date about the happenings and changes of the market but will also help to develop new skills.
