ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Ms. Amrita Ray Chaudhury is Foreword’s Founder. She has extensive experience in mentoring students and professionals in the field of Soft Skills Development and is a member of The Art of Living. With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a background working in various firms as an HR Personnel, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the development of soft skills. Ms. Amrita\’s ultimate vision is to make soft skills training an integral part of the education curriculum.
THEIR METHODOLOGY
Foreword offers a wide range of programs including Interview Preparation, Personality Coaching, Career Counselling, Business Communication, and Mind Management. They provide dynamic group activities, personalised guidance for specific cases, and personal counseling sessions with the mentor. Their sessions are conducted with diligence and utmost care by keeping in mind the needs of every participant. For this Foreword has the following methodologies:
- Foreword offers a series of 5 one-on-one counseling sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, providing a personalised and intimate learning experience with the mentor. These sessions include psychometric tests, case-specific guidance, and expert interactions, catering to the unique needs of every participant.
- Foreword offers 2 days workshop, each lasting 2 hours, conducted in a group of 15-25 to provide a dynamic hands-down learning experience. These sessions include group discussions, group activities, and role-plays.
